My daughter found this website and we have been reading the unpleasant ratings,so we were compelled to write our own.I have rented in 3 communities in 12 yrs and can say that this is the ONLY one that I have NEVER had a problem at.I assume that the other reviews were probably written by riff raff that management wanted to move out anyways.I have heard of one/two bike thefts but when you don't lock it up I think you can expect for it to be stolen.I have NEVER had damage done to my car or other personal property.My neighbors are excellent, quiet building. I do admit that parking can be dissappointing at times but not ALL the time.Maintenance has always fixed things in a timely manner.Although it is not the newest complex in the area it is well kept and rent is VERY reasonable for Allen.I believe the owners live here at times so perhaps that makes the difference'Located in walking distance of elem, middle and high schools.I have been here for 2 yrs now and if circumstances permit,I intend to stay for quite some time.Read these reviews with caution,there are two sides to every story.My daughter's input to this review is "this is the first apartment that has felt like home"
