After living at the nearby Maple Trail complex for two years my fiancee and I moved here and love it. Parking is ample, any maintenace problems have been fixed quickly and correctly, management has been accomodating and courteous, and we have not had any major problems or complaints. I felt compelled to write after reading the other comments on this site. We have never had a problem with our hot water heater or electric bill, and the kids is this complex are normal kids - they are not punks and I have never seen them playing in the parking lot (other than riding bikes). Our neighbors are mostly nice, quiet people. Some of the pet owners here do not pick up after their dogs, but the groundskeepers usually clean up any "poopy" areas (management cannot follow people around and make them pick up after their dogs). Our experience here has been that as long as we are nice and courteous then management and our neighbors are nice and courteous. I think that the other people on this website think that they have to be mean and complain loudly to get results (which usually only aggrevates others). We are happy to live somewhere where the management has manners and expects the residents to have them as well.
