My husband and I moved into these apartments in October 2005 while waiting for our house to be built. A new management company took over at the beginning of 2006, and they were even worse than the first company. Several times, they never left notice that I had a package waiting in the office. The only time they ever attempted to drop off a package at our door, a maintenance man used his key to let himself into our apartment while I was taking a bath with the bathroom door open. We waited for two weeks before they sent anyone over to fix our garbage disposal. Upon moving out and discovering a discrepancy in one of our bills, I called the office and was treated very rudely by the woman, a leasing agent, who answered the phone. She actually was so unprofessional that she referred to what I was saying as "stupid". We complained numerous times about a neighbor who left their small dog on their balcony for four hours every morning. We're not at all the type who will usually complain, but when a dog is barking continuously for four hours each day waking up your child, you really don't have a choice. This was yet another matter that was never resolved. I would definately not recommend these apartments to anyone. There are plenty of other apartments in this area that actually teach their employees the value of good customer service, and respond to your needs in a timely, consistent manner.
