I had lived here for 4 yrs. The owners used to live here and it was great, but sad to say they sold the place Jan06. It has never been the same. The rent has gone up, ( too high for such an old place) and they keep taking things away from the tenants....such as, tenant parking and trash pick up(Items that were once included in our rent,but the rent never DECREASED) Parking is BAD....if you get home late, forget about parking REMOTELY near your apartment, you now have to take your own trash out, not bad......except there are no dumpsters, the elderly and handicapped have to walk very far to get rid of their trash. Nice huh' Locks on the door, VERY unstable, I had 1/4 inch screws in the so called 'dead bolt', all you had to do is kick the door in with no effort and any thief is in.Lots of rif raff, drug dealers living here now. Used to be nice quiet place, but pool is loud until late at night (doesn't close at 10 anymore)Lots of shady characters walking around late at night.I notice all this because I only smoke outside, so I notice EVERYTHING
Office stafff is the PITTS....the lady's name that starts with VAL#(^@...she is one nasty, uneducated witch, rude, rude , rude.Of course, she will be nice to you when you are looking at the place...and TY* is no better either. They will show you an apartment up in the front area where things are nice but when you move in you will end up in the back where it is noisy and out of control. Oh yes....this is weird...no laundromat facility in the complex...so if one of your machine breaks down...you get to go to the NASTY DIRTY laundromat around the corner.
So...after dealing with Vale&#@ for six months...I am glad to be gone.
Oh yes...the elementary school and the middle school for this neighborhood is not much to be desired...I know that Allen schools are supposed to be the best...but not in this neighborhood.
Oh yeah, I had to wait to move out and write
this review, cause my lease stated I could not "slander" them in way. If you can afford this place then check out Wildwood Village...that's where I went.
