people seem to forget that we live in apartments. your rent money pays for the four walls you call home. all other features are extras. apartments dont have to provide trash pick up, a fitness center, or anything, read your lease. you pay rent to have a roof over your head. gates, security officers, and staff are mainly there for the property. i have been on both sides of the fence and i know that things can get stressful for both. in all fairness, keep in mind that the front office staff has to listen to 400 crying adults. if you owned your own house, you would be responsible for everything. now, for those in the office, you need to keep in mind that residents are in need of you help and assistance. everyone needs to put themselves in the others shoes. calling people names or not having respect for one, only shows what kind of person you really are. i lived at wyndsor for 06 months, and i thought that the staff was great. i finally bought/found the house of my dreams. i still go to wyndsor to use the fax machine and everyone is truely wonderful.

Yes, you live in an apartment where you pay money for services. And as such you expect that when you are giving someone your business they will respect that. But when people go out of their way to prove that you are nothing more than a rat in the maze.
