so far, so good... From: bobbing4cars Date posted: 7/19/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   my roommate and I moved in recently, and so far things have been pretty good. We must live in the right part of the complex, because parking directly in front of our unit has never been a problem, regardless of time of day. As far as the staff is concerned, they've been extremely courteous to us, and have gone out of their way to help us on a couple occasions. neighbors upstairs have 30lb. shoes (lol), but no one can control the neighbors. pools can be noisy some nights, but it's summertime - probably won't be that way for much longer. there are a few shady characters who live around, but every apt. complex has those... neither me nor my roommate has ever been harassed by any of the tenants or guests. overall, i've been impressed w/performance here, and have to say it's above average for what mgmt's been given to work with. we're happy.
