I moved in this place in 2002, it was nice then, assigned parking and everybody knew everybody cause they were there to stay. I can understand what some of the reviews are saying about losing trash pick up because those of us that had been there for a long time had curb side pick up included in the lease. I work late, get home about midnight and I don't have a place to park,used to have semi reserved spots but now nothing. The people in the office are not so nice to deal with,I do agree with that, they have actually REFUSED admission to the office to my teenage child to get an air filter, told her kids were not allowed in the office. It used to be very family oriented here and I would not have hestitated to recommend this place, but not now.
