After 4 months of constant emailing about the flithy condition of the carpet, it was finally replaced after sending a certified letter with photographs to the office manager and the management company out of state. The management company out of state never responded. The new manager did call me (the old apartment manager never called me once)and 30 days later I had new carpet.

There are still cigarette burns on the floor in the kitchen and the bathroom drawer are flithy and there is still paint all over the bathroom floor. And the sink is so old and rusty.

This place is not luxury by any means. People wait in their cars at the back gate to sneak in to use the pool here.

People leave trash out of non-trash days. Management can't track these people. Dog crap everywhere, even though management supplies doggie poop bags. No one uses them.

Most of the problem is no one has respect for where they live.

Document and photograph all problems. We won't be signing a new lease next month, we are moving out as soon as we can.

I may sue them for the 4 months that we lived in flith. I have the photographs for proof.

Also used RestSmart and I'm still waiting for by rebate check.
