I moved here in May and love it. When I moved here my apt looked great no problems at all. About a month later I ran into a maintenance issue and they were there the next day and fixed it. The maintenance staff is great and always on top of things. The office staff is wonderful also. They are willing to help in any situation. When it comes to the overall look, thee apts are doing a 360. Painting the outside, making the landscape look great and making sure the residents are happy!!!! I highly reccomend Wyndsor Court

Unfortunately, only the buildings in the front-half of the property were re-painted and look great. Back half (about 10 buildings) are untouched with old paint, sidewalks falling apart, and no exterior lighting at night. Otherwise, yes, the front looks good!

Yes, only the front looks good and over labor day weekend BOTH pools were closed. In the 6 months that we've been here only one pool has been open. and yes, the maintenance guys are great. No one picks up after their dogs, so there is dog crap everywhere, and people leave their trash out on non-trash days, and management doesn't do anything about it. This place is the slums of Allen.

You have to keep in mind that you cannot paint outdoors if it is below 48 degrees outside. So, yes, the front half of the property is painted (very nicely), but the back end is not. I promise you, no one has "forgotten" to paint the buildings. I'm sure it will resume when the weather is warmer.

I can't say I am a fan of the new paint colors but at least they are finally doing something to inprove the place. Now they just need to fix the sidewalks, the pool, the lights, the spa ......... You get my point. I have to agree, this place is the slums.
