I have lived here for 2 years now and I can say that I will NOT be renewing my lease. This complex has been steadily been getting worse since I have lived here. The property is not upkept except in the front near the office. There have been 3-4 different managers during this time. The office staff has lied to me nearly every time that I have gone in. I sware that they will tell you anything to make you go away. I was promised all sorts of upgrades for signing a lease and I have not recieved a single thing. The gates have only been fixed within the last few months after years of not working, and half the time they are kept open. The back pool is a ceespool- dark brown and nasty. It has only been open for 1 week in the last year and a half- no joke. The hot tub has never worked. The maitenance men never fix anything on the same visit. The residence don't clean up after their dogs. All in all, i have to say that you should look else where for an apartment. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
