Management is horrible!!! Anytime something is wrong they send maintenance within a timely manner but they can't fix anything because they never have parts!!!!! I used to manage a property and I know that there is plenty of money in the budget to have extra parts on hand. There is only one decent person in the office and that is the assistant manager. The maintenance crew is very friendly and would fix things if they had parts. Too bad the manager is too cheap with money that isn't even hers. I would not recommend this property unless they get a new manager!!!!
