They sent to credit and bring my credit score from 800 to 670 even I paid rents on time every months. If you have good credit. Think. Waist of money!! This apartment complex is over priced for the Allen area. We have had constant complaints about our neighbors upstairs. Too loud and asked them to quite down but no results!!
The management SUCKS!!!

Grounds The apartment is situated on the boarder of a city walkway and has woods on the south and west. The entrance is beautiful, but walk the property and tthe bushes, trees and overall appearance need some immediate attention.
