After management changed, managers come and go for brief periods of time. Each of them appearing to be less and less competent. The safety issues began to multiply; car vandalism is a big problem. These comments are supported by the low occupancy rate now. People just don't want to live there. Changed pet policy. Ruthlessly went through and confiscated all cats on grounds and took to kill-shelter. Used to feel like home; but after management changed -- no heart.
