I had an 8 month lease. During which after the first month had a leak due to a bad gasket around the garabage disposal and was quickly repair that week, but after that the maintenance went down. The the maintenance workers (which it seems like there are 5 or more) are not to bright. There is only one other person in the office that are always friendly, besides the manager which can be some what rude. The manager won't take any responsiblity for anything and makes it your fault if they don't fix the issue, she assumes it's resolved only because the maintence workers LOOK at the problem. They tell you they won't enter your apartment without leaving a notice there, but I could tell someone had been in my apartment. The washing machines at some don't have hot water, the dryers have to run more than once to dry clothes (cheaper to go to the laundrymat) and the machines aren't maintenced by the complex and was told my manager after arguing about why i was moving that I should call the number on the machines (which only states to call if the machine is vandalised). The parking lot floods bad, so be prepared to step out in at least 3-6 inches of water when it rains for more than 3 days. The water some times backs up, they try to blame it on the flooding--but it should happen all the time if so. A/C's are very loud. They just got new gates for patios. There are some bad areas of lighting and also there is no enforcement of pet owners and the waste. Some of the tentants loiter outside of apartments talking loud. The pool has only been open 1 time on Good friday during the entire time i've stayed there and is always dirty. The only thing I liked is they have Uverse and it was conviently close to work and stores. And there is no point referring the manager will try to weasel out of the referral and probably will post back saying the tenant has to have been there a month or paid rent. It's not my fault the person didn't pay...i thought that was the reason for credit checks and renter's history'''
