1. Neither our A/C and heat has worked properly the eight months we have been here.
2. The pool is never open, because it is always a nice vibrant green color.
3. Our second bathroom toilet has never worked correctly.
4. Our electricity bill has never been below $200.00
5. It is 7:00PM and our thermostat is still reading 90 degrees.
6. Maintenance is slow and useless.
7. Washers and dryers do not properly clean or dry. (Management does not care they simply say, "they are not our responsability because it is not our equipment.," basically saying we dont give a F***)
8. All of our cars have been keyed up one side and down the other.
9. We have trashy and loud neighbors.
10. There are no ceiling fans to circulate air and there are no lights.
