I was suckered to move here because of the outside attractiveness of the grounds. I used to live at Willowcreek Manor apts. Willowcreek is a very old building. When I consider that hind-sight is 20/20, that was a great advantage. At Fairway Square, the walls are paper thin. I could hear my neighbor's alarm clock. My upstairs neighbor was a young lady who weighed no more than 100lbs and the ceiling and walls would shake when she would walk on her floor. There was no insulation. The square footage was only an illusion as the long hallway entrance killed alot of space. The manager was cordial to everybody, "fake-nice" I would say. Maintenance guy was VERY nice and always remembered everybody's name. Office staff did nothing about next door neighbor who caused disturbances all hours of the night. Parking is hell.
