I lived in these apartments for 3 years total. I have lived in 2 different sized apartments. When I was there my rent was $525. It raises every year, but mine never officially got raised. Now I think it is $555, not sure though. I moved out in 9/05 to Pearland because it was closer to work. It really wasn't a bad apartment. There was a little of a pest problem, especially on the first floor. They did exterminate, but never really saw a difference. I didn' ever hear my neighbors on the sides of my apartment, but I did hear the ones above me all the time. It sounded like elephants lived above me, but they were actually very skinny. Parking was good for the first year, but then it got really bad. I would have to park 3 buildings down and have to walk. I am considering a move back in the fall, but not sure it will be there. No washer or dryer available to put in the apartment, not room for it anyways.
