I've been living at Fairway for about 6 months and i love it. I was originally attracted by the beautuy of the grounds. I have a one bedroom apartment. I never hear my neighbors the only time i do is when there outside and i'm outside. As i have seen mentioned in other review i confirm parking is a nightmare. I have only dealt with the maintnce guy once and he knew what he was oing and was very friendly. The office people are very nice and helpful. People are up at all ours which isn't really a bad thing. Inever hear them and if they are there just walking around or having a small party. That son the weekends. My apartment when i moved in was very clean. Like i said im a college student. there is a bit, very small bit of a wasp problem. i live on the second story and i have never heard of complaints from th people under me. And the best part is everyone is friendly! neighbors included.
