I used to live at G.G and that place is NOT HOME. I had to move.
**Not only is management terrible but she is FAKE, FAKE, FAKE and does nothing to make you feel at home.
**The maintenance men stand around & gossip with mexican women all day plus weekends. Good luck getting something fixed.
**Your water bill is crazy while they run the sprinklers all day on property with no care in the world. (I wonder who's paying that bill')
**The pool was slimy all summer. GROSS!
(I was embarrassed to invite people over.)
**It seems they are moving anyone in now.
**Cars have been damaged.
**There is no security on duty ever.
**They should appreciate people more and they might keep some residents.
**The rent increases/They spend their money on the wrong things.
**If you have children, they barely have any room to play in their so-called "park". With the money they make, you think they'd put something out their.(Even though I don't have children, this bothered me because I'd see kids playing with sand and swings if they were old enough.)
** This is just an idea of what you're not missing.
