Excellent service from all levels. I lived at Garden Gate and moved to another apt. complex in Alvin. I was miserable. I immediately came back to Garden Gate where they really take care of the property and residents. I have several neighbors that have told me that they left Garden Gate only to be disappointed in their new home and came back to Garden Gate. What a phenomenal thing that says about a place to live - people coming back!

This review is obviously from management or an agent of Garden Gate. I would not live here. Especially the sentence, "their new home"...thats what the agent in the office always says while talking to a prospective renter.

ok, I saw this review before I moved in to that dump back in 06. So obviously this is someone in mgmnt and they re posted the same exact thing except made it recent

This has to be written by someone on drugs. Garden Gate is the worst apartments ever. I was so glad to get away from there. I will admit at first it was nice when Tracy was there but after that down hill. I hated it. I will tell everyone that I know not to go there...
