I lived there 10 years.First 8,with an exception or two,was great.The grounds were well kept,never trashy,quiet.
In 2006, it began looking nasty!Trash everywhere,vommit in the parking lots on the weekends,noisy kids running all hours day and night,people knocking on my door at all hours wanting to borrow money,food,movies,etc or wanting to sell cd,cd players,tamales,drugs,bicycles or one time,sexual favors.
Maintence used to be quick and good-1999-2006.2007-It took them 3 weeks to fix my toilet.In the mean time,they gave me a key for a vacant apartment and told me to use its bathroom!!
I kept to myself-until I had to call the police after an attempted home invasion.The 6 APD officers and 2 deputies(response required due to "problems",they said) recommended I move,move quick,break the lease-whatever.They said by involving them,I was now targeted as a "snitch".After 2 broken windows,slashed tires,and punk being spray painted on my apartment door,I decided they might have a point.
DONT EVEN CONSIDER THIS PLACE!ALVIN POLICE DEPARTMENT WILL CONFIRM MULTIPLE WEEKLY CALLS!MANAGEMENT WILL LET ANYONE LIVE THERE-JUST CHECK THE BRAZORIA CO SHERIFFS CHILD PREDATOR WEBSITE.

HaHaHa maintence is good. Thank You for the good laugh. I have lived here for 4 years and the maintence here is not so good. When its 95 degrees outside and your AC breaks it takes them about 4 to 5 days to come fix it. I think I lost 7lbs last year sweating and waiting for my AC to get fixed. Also When it rains you might want to move your couch away from your window because it will leak and they still havnt fixed that yet. They say they have fixed it but they never did. Also it smells like mold because of the rain and the leaks in between the walls from the People upstairs. So the maintence here sucks they need to take a class or something. Also some of the people here are fruit loops. Cars get broken into tires get slashed car windows get busted out. Some parents let their children throw trash on the ground and dont tell them to pick it up. Also some people do drugs in the back of the parking lot. I have seen a crack pipe before in the back by the fence. Also dont ever walk in the grass because you will step in dog poop. People love to walk their dogs everywhere and in front of your apartment and at the park so they can poop. Also people love to open their doors and sit outside and play loud music. There is also one lady here that loves to yell at all the kids. Her name is paula. Then the pool there is not that clean. The light in the pool does not work so everyone has to get out at 8 p.m. Then they dont open the pool sometimes because paula has the key and she is not home all the time. The washers there dont have hot water its only cold water plus the water is rusty most of the time. I cant wait to move. I know I have been here for 4 years but its only me and my girlfriend. I work at Taco bell and she is not working so we just cant get up and move. So if you want to move here be my guest dont worry because they let anyone and everyone move in. Even the mental (fruit loops) move in.
