THIS IS A GHETTO DUMP AND THE GOOD REVIEWS LISTED MUST HAVE COME FROM TINA THE MANAGER OR THE OTHER B*TCHES THAT WORK IN THE OFFICE. WHEN THE POLICE CAME OUT TO RESOLVE A PARKING DISPUTE, HE TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD NOT LIVE THERE AND SUGGESTED THAT I MOVE, WHICH I DID. THE LAUNDRY ROOM IS LOCKED AT NIGHT 'CUZ OF THE CRACK HO'S DOING BUSINESS IN THERE. THE 'ASSIGNED PARKING' IS SO STUPID, THEY LIST YOUR ACTUAL APT# ON YOUR SPACE SO IT DOES NOT TAKE A GENIUS TO SEE WHO IS AT HOME, COURSE A LOT OF THE WELFARE AND MENTALLY ILL FOLKS THAT LIVE THERE DO NOT HAVE CARS. THE WATER THAT COMES OUT OF THE FAUCETS IS POOP BROWN AND STINKS. BUT DON'T COMPLAIN TO THE OFFICE ABOUT ANYTHING, THEY WILL JUST TURN ON YOU. I SENT CERTIFIED LETTERS ABOUT MY A/C LEAK FOR MONTHS AND FINALLY THEY GOT IT FIXED. NO WAY-DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE NOISE, TRASHY PEOPLE AND DRUG DEALERS ROAMING AROUND. BUY A TENT AND LIVE AT THE STATE PARK, YOU'D BE SAFER.

You are SO right about this place. It is the worst apt complex I have ever lived at, and I have lived at some not-so-nice places, but this one was the worst. I could not wait to get out of there. And you are right about the parking spaces having your apt# listed on the space. Most complexes have enough sense to mark your assigned space with a number that is not the same as your apt. number. Goes to show you how little sense the management has. After my experience there, I made formal complaints to the Texas Apt Assoc. but do not know if they were able to do anything. The city should shut this drug haven down!

TAA wont act on them-Highland Square is owned by a partnership located out of state(Nevada,I believe is what Tina said).In reallity,HSA is not an accredited member of TAA-thats why they dont check people out first.Yes,there are 2 convicted child sex offenders living there.
