I have lived here for a number of years and never have seen anything that the previous people are talking about. I feel safe coming home at night I work different hours and come home at different times. The ground are very clean on the property. Tina the manager is very nice and would do anything to help anyone.

Do what?!?!? youre kidding,right?Number of years?2009-2009 is a year.----Note to you who are looking for a place.Keep looking.If you must live here,do so with a 6 month lease.Buy a LO-JACK for the car,a drug test kit for your kids and a gun for your families safety. PS-Buy a couple of tarps to cover your stuff with.When it rains,the apartments leak and the sewer backs up.Then there are the hoards of knats that invade when that happens.

I cannot imagine how you can find this a good place to live. It is a ghetto! The police man that came out to solve a dispute told me that this was one of the complexes that they had the MOST calls to in all of the Alvin apartments. Tina is the most UNcaring, UNhelpful manager I have ever had to deal with. She was great when leasing to me and taking my money, but once I moved in, her horns came out. She does not even live on the property. The laundry lady is the only staff that does live here, and she is not really staff, she just locks up the laundry room at night so the drug dealers and crack ho's can't do their business in there. You must be an employee to write a review that deems this place as good. It is a dump. Check with the Alvin PD, they'll tell you. And how is it that you have lived here for a 'number of years' but it shows years at this complex as 2009 to 2009?

If you don't like it here you should move. I myself have never had any problem here or any problem with Tina.
