I lived there in 1999 so parking may be better now, but when I lived there-no parking spaces. I had to park on the other end of the lot & walk to the other side. I could hear my neighbors cabnets open/close, I could hear every word of what my neighbor said through the bathroom, then in the morning I heard people outside the apt talking as they were standing on the sidewalk outside their apt & I thought somebody was in my living room (& I lived upstairs). The staff after we moved out said we owed more rent than we did b/c someone in the offfice was stealing therefore had to pay a reletting fee so it wouldn't be bad on my credit (Even though I should of never had to) This also happed to my friend who was living in these apts too. Maybe things are better now, but I know they couldn't have fixed the sound proofing.
