i lived in hillcrest in 2004, and i felt like i had no privacy due to the thinness of the walls, the management left letters on my door that weren't very nice, i had nosy neighbors, there are alot of children that do not know how to behave themselves, and have no respect for adults.. and neither do these childrens parents. I feel that they will let anyone move in, and they do not really listen to you when you tell them what you want.
