Horrible manager

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
 
The manager is a total B***H! She is rude and obnoxious. Maintenance painted on our move in date, so we could not move in. They did not fix the cracks in the drywall. The maintenace people were running the AC like an icebox charging up our electric bill before we even moved in!
