1. The plumbing backs up to the point of filling the bath tub and totally flooding the bathroom and getting into the carpet once a month or more. Last month we had no plumbing for 3 days.

2. Problems are not fixed in a timely manner. If you put in a work request, be prepared to wait a week for anyone to show up to look at and MAYBE fix something.

3. The parking lot is full of pot holes and floods every time it rains.

4. Loud neighbors thin walls = sleepless nights.

5. Building foundations are broken, drywall is cracked, doors do not shut, etc.

6. Appliances are very old (1970's - 1980's)and do not work very well if at all.

7. Dangerous at night, the laundry mat is a hang out for scumy people at night. They hang out on cars and blast loud music all night. Cops are at the apartments on a regular basis.

8. Do not use the laundry mats on site unless you plan on baby sitting your laundry, it will get stolen.

9. AC units are 20 years old in some cases, be prepared for HIGH electricity bills.
