Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
This apartment complex is great if you dont mind
-mice
-ants
-no maintence AT ALL
-rude management
-laundry rooms that dont work
-no privacy


We have put in work order after work order and nothing is ever done about anything. They have left us notices for violations that other people get away with on a daily basis. THe rent is cheap and so is all the carpentry. Dont move in here if you looking for a nice place at all. You get what you pay for here.
