I lived here for only 6 months and i broke my lease. It was worth it. They never fixed ANYTHING. No matter how many work orders i put in or complaints nothing was ever fixed. My dishwasher NEVER worked.
When i moved out i made sure my apartment was spotless and now they are charging me for a cleaning charge..and also for unpaid rent for a week i didnt even LIVE there. Houston Apartment Association has received plenty of complaints about this place and their management. The apartments would be great if they were under a completely new management company. The company has run 4 apartments i have lived in..and they are ALL crap. They are managed by Oak Leaf Management if anyone wants to be sure that they are not renting from the same management company.
