First off I know it is 2009 but i use to live at hillcrest in 2004-2005 i moved into apartment 1625 and the people underneath always banged on the ceiling for NO reason. We had bought an entertainment center and it would always fall over because the floor was uneven and when you walked you could hear the floor shaking. The people next door had 10 people living there and there kids threw trash in the grass all the time and the lady underneath always complained to the office and said it was us. Also her husband threw cig butts in the grass and the said it was us. We had to get away from them so we transfered to apartment 101 which was better but the dryer vent to the apartment never worked and they never fixed it!!! fire hazard!! Also, they have lots of loud music, drug deals and lots of other BS. I will never go back there.
