I just moved out of these apartments and they are TERRIBLE! First we had a one bedroom and it was horrible the people below us did drugs, and were always banging on the ceiling. And the a/c/ only worked if it was set bleow sixty. Then we moved to a two bedroom, first off it was infested with roaches! Then to top it off they didn't even have it ready when they said they would we wiated a month longer than they told us for the two bedroom. And they didn't even fix anyhting. The exterminator is supposed to come out every monday and never does. The dryer vent was broken so the dryer in the apartment never vented the heat out. And the management is HORRIBLE! I went on maternity leave and came back to work 3 weeks ago, I told the manager I wouldn't have rent until the fourteenth of this month due to my maternity leave, and she said it was ok, she said as long as I paid the late fees they would accept it that late. Then on the seventh there was an eveiction notice on my door and they said they gave it to me on the sixth but they didn't. Tha management is nothing but liars, maintence is terrible and the apartments are disgusting and infested with roaches no matter how clean you are. And when they say you get new appliances...they're lying, it's just old ones they have cleane dup, and the offce assistant manager Monica...does drugs. How can you trust a communtiy when the people that run it do drugs' I'm so glad I moved out of there. And if you're smart you WON'T move in.

are you sure your not just mad because YOU paid your rent late and because they were doing their job by sending you a notice that's why your posting these ugly comments? I mean honestly if you were really that upset about the 1st apt. why in the hell would you transfer to another one?
