parking space is good for a daewoo but for a ford its a nightmare,noise is average,groungs is nothing special,safety;i hear a lot of sirens but the apartment itself is ok,construction is very cheap they paint over the dirt, maintenance is somewhat decent,staff is one sided, overall rating 1.5 possible 2
