The office is not always occupied and the repairs are very slow if at all. There is no restrictions on children and the parking lot along with animals. Roaches galore! If you want right down molded, dirty and wiring outlets half on then you might fit in. If you pay your rent make sure you get a receipt on a receipt book and not on the back of a piece of paper. Hold on to receipt because lots of things are lost in the office, apparently so are the criminal reports oh yes those are allowed in there as well. Not a good place for children seeings half the apartments are doing or selling drugs. Ask to see a police report on all the visits made.
