I lived at Oak Hollow Condos from 1990 -1995 and loved every minute of my life there. These were the most spacious apartments in town and probably still are despite the new additions next door and on Old Cemetery Road.
The rent was very unbelievably low for such a great place with great amenities.
I rented a two-bedroom flat (1266 sq ft) for initally $450, coming from Willowcreek (800 sq ft)for $400 - 420. The differences were like night and day. The nsupervised/wayward kids at Willowcreek were horrible. At Oak Hollow the kids were very few and noise and riff raff were not a concern.
The apartments had huge kitchens, tons of cabinetry, patios, balconies, washer/dryers provided, full sized fireplaces and on and on. I can't say enough about this wonderful kept secret that obviously is still a secret since I only see one other rave review. Management at that time was as equally great, I don't recall all the names but Earline I do remember well. Maintenance was handled efficiently and professionally. Due to personal unfortunate circumstances I departed Oak Hollow, with no regrets of my time there. I would recommend this complex to Everyone, it's the greatest!
