When we moved in almost 10 years ago, things were great. Theresa, the manager was always attentive and helpful. However, since she left a few months ago, and the new Manager has taken over, things are HORRIBLE. Idiot manitenence men that party with the residents more than they repair things,and when they do repair things it very half a**.. the Manager is buddy-buddy with half of the residents so if one of them is your neighbor and they're up partying all night long, you're SOL cause she won't do a damn thing about it. Cops are here every other day for a disturbance or vandalism. Upkeep around the complex is terrible, the pool is filthy and kids can't play safely outside for all of the people driving like maniacs up and down the driveway..*the maintenence man being one of them* I hope that a higher-up somehow reads this and puts a stop to this crap, because their new Manager is running their complex into the ground. I'm out when the lease is up.

Just a quick reply. That maintenance man has long been fired. There is no vandalism or crime. If you care to check with the police dept. they will be happy to let you know of any reports in this neighborhood. Again, I am a friendly person with my residents. But anyone that takes the time to know me, knows that my job comes first. I am not perfect, and neither are my residents. But check around to other complexes and other managers. I am the most occupied and desired complex to live at right now. That has to speak for something.
