This place has gone down hill and too many tenants are friends with employees so complaing will not help.Too much trash with certain tenants, especially at the back,not all in the back, you can clearly see the messy ones. This problem has continued even though monthly newsletter states it will not be tollerated. I am tired of seeing trash as I keep my area clean. Parking lot and sidewalks are terrible in spots when it rains they flood so fast you will have to walk through water if you live or park in these areas. The trees are nice. Improvement to the sidewalks and parking lot would be good for flooding areas. Consequences for the tenants that are breaking rules.The management should discuss this personally with each tenant that is breaking a rule and let them know specificly what they are doing wrong, and they must rectify this problem or face consequences. Not just stating this problem in the monthly news letter that eveyone gets but actually letting those individuals know. It could be a decent place if management did not let the violations continue.

Hi, my name is ----. I am the manager at Quail Hollow. Have been for a year and a half now. In response to this lovely comment. I am a friendly person. I have a close relationship with many of my residents. That is what makes me different from any other manager in this town. I care for people and do my job at the same time. I am sorry if any resident or prospective resident can not accept that. As for the messy tenants. Untill you know who I talk to and who I dont. Do not critic me on my job. I agree with the water drainage issues. This is something that I have been working on with my owners for months on end. There is only so much I can do. The sidewalks do need to be fixed. I also agree on that one. All in which takes money. Money that is not at my disposal. Many apartment complexes have problems. Different ones have different issues. Anyone is welcome to find the complex that suites them and their needs. I have many of residents that claim that they would never leave from here, this is the best place for them. And of course I have residents that cant stand me. So take time to meet me yourself and draw your own conclusion. You may find that Quail Hollow is exactly what you are looking for.
