I moved into Quail Hollow Dec '04. I was very very please, the grounds were nice, 2 officers lived there. Rules were enforced, the place was safe and kid friendly. ALways very clean and maintenance requests were completed on time. Since the place was sold and ---- started in the office, these apartments have turned into a nasty trashy ghetto place. For a while they weren't doing bkgrnd checks on anyone they were trying to raise the occupancy, needless to say most of these people ended up breaking the lease or were evicted because of non payment of rent. Everyone with pet let there dogs poop on the grounds instead of taking them to the field next to the parking lot, this was a strict rule b4 the present management. The laundry room is always jacked up, at times there is nearly 30 unsupervised children playing outside near the pool. Trashy trashy people are living there. Management walks around with her shoes off, hangs out with trashy friends on the property, wears her body jewelry during work hours, also does not seem to be very knowledgeable about anything. Her monthly newsletters to the residents are full of threats, and unprofessional statements that are always misspelled, She doesnt seem to respect her residents, and very forgetful. The place is a dump...literally, not a safe place AT ALL!!
