I lived in these apartments about five years ago and hated it. My downstairs neighbors were drunks that partied almost every night. The office would do nothing about it even though they had been ticketed by the police before I even moved in. I know this because the people living below me told me themselves. Once, my son who was 10 years old at the time was in the laudry room getting clothes out of the dryer when someone started shooting at a car. His friend and him dropped to the floor until they felt safe enough to walk back to the apartment. When I called the manager to let her know about the incident she implied that my son was making it up. I told her to call the police department if she and they would confirm what I was telling her. She did call, they did confirm, and she did apoligize. Many mornings I would wake up to find broken beer bottles all over the grounds. Me and another mother who lived near me would pick up the glass alot of the time to keep our kids from getting hurt. Then there was my car getting broken into. I was woken up by the police at my door informing me that someone had reported seeing my car being broken into. Luckily the only thing of value in my car for them to steal were a few CD's. This was five years ago...I can only imagine what they are like now. I did like the parking though. We had assigned parking spaces which were covered. At this time I did not have issue's with the staff. The maintenance man was very nice. I actually seen him often at little league baseball games with his son. The office staff was also friendly, they just did not do anything about the problems I had with the people living below me.

I am sorry about your bad experience. Five years ago the complex was ran by a completely different company and management team. The new owners and I have been here now for going on two years. We are not perfect either, but I believe that many people here are happy now.
