Quail Hollow is now under new Management and Ownership. We look forward to making positive changes at Quail Hollow. We are going to work hard to improve Quail Hollow. It is a great place to call home! We make customer service our #1 priority. We take pride in our new quality of workmanship and customer service. It is nice to see the improvements so far. We now have management that
seems to realize this is our home, not just a hang out for the undesirable. Hopefully we will continue to see the same ladies and maintenance persons because the continuous turnover of personnel was a huge problem in the past.

I just had the pleasure of talking to the management team, they have got everything all planned out..FOR THE GOOD. I can't wait to see all the good things to come. I can see the difference..no more old and useless bikes under the stairs or in the walkway-what a relief! The ladies are really nice. One night I even noticed the maintenance guys working to get an empty apartment ready till late late late in the evening..it was past 11 p.m. That is what I call commitment and dedication..I hope they are recognized for their hard work and effort. Thanks for the recent changes and the changes to come. Keep up the good...I MEAN GREAT JOB! Can't wait to see the end results!

Did the manager give the above responders discounts on their rent to write the above statements?
Personally I think the new management is a joke. The manager says that she is trying to build a "community" but people are moving out left and right under her new rules. Apartments have sat empty for months just in the building I have lived in for the past few plus months.
The police are called here on a regular basis for domestic disputes, that should tell you the caliber of people that they let live there. They fine you for every little fine they can think of, such as my favorite fine of $200 for leaving your trash by your front door and if the maintenance man sees it before you take it you get fined. Don't even get me started on the parking situation, its the worst that I have seen. The spaces are to narrow for starters and people park horribly there taking up more than one space. Their solution to that is to have a towing service come on the property and tow vehicles and their own discretion because we know how honest tow truck drivers are. We have called the office on numerous occasions to complain about how neighbors are parking taking up more than one space especially if they drive a truck and then they can't help that and their response was to call the towing service. How nice is that? How about fix the parking situation? That would be a great start.
The sidewalks are terrible. Every time it rains the water just stands on the sidewalks and doesn't drain. Getting maintenance to come out several, several days and when they do good luck getting your problem fixed or even trying to communicate with them since they don't speak/understand English.
I do not recommend this complex to anyone I now especially with the new owners and "managers".
