we lived here about 5 years ago. it was nice. we never had any problems.
we came back and moved out as soon as our lease was up. the bug problem is dusgusting, our cars got broken into. i didnt feel safe. i was sitting at the computer one night, and heard a nearby toilet flush. everytime the air kicked on, i smelled smoke by a nearby neighbor. they were fixing up an apartment to move some person in before we left...the entire day i smelled marijuana. it floods. if its not summer, the pool is disgusting. the managers and other employees are rude and unprofessional. they tow cars without being absolutley clear of where to park. last time i cjecked, a gravel parking lot did not constitute as grass. they couldnt even get a towing company in alvin to do the job because everyone else has morals.
i would not recommend my worst enemy to live here. its gone way down...
