Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Yes, it's cheap, but I didn't realize it was like living in the getto!
Too Noisy
Too many kids running around at all hours
The pool was either closed or cloudy
I could smell the nasty cooking of the neighbors upstairs (there must be 50 people up there)
Maintenance didn't know how to fix anything
Domestic violence seemed to be a problem
