Possibly The Worst Places in Houston

I lived in these apartments for 6 months, and can truly say it was the worst experience I've had. They messed up on my lease, had me input in the computer as a year lease instead of a six month. I had a two bedroom apartment on the top floor by the pool. I moved in in May so the pool should be open since it's the summer right... wrong. The pool was never open and the few times that it was it was filthy green from lack of maintenence. The staff was slow to fix any problems in the apartment i moved in with the garbage disposal and bathroom vent broken, rust in the tub that was just painted over. After moving in i realized it only got worse the a/c vents were filthy and growing mold. I informed the office and they did nothing my light outside my apartment wasn't working took the staff 3 months to repair the light. My rent and electricity payments were lost twice and I had to have them cancelled by the bank. They are not organized and lie to cover up their mistakes. The parking is horrible, people including staff always double parking, and as far as your covered parking someone else is parked in it and when reported no action is taken. It is very unsecure within a few weeks of moving someone attempted to break into my car. There is an infestation of ants in the apartments and patio cleanliness is not enforced, several neighbors were allowed to leave trash in front uncovered patio. In conclusion I would not reccomend these apartments to anyone.
