The only thing this place has going for it is that it is cheap. It is noisy because it is right off of 35. There were always bugs even though I sprayed the apartment myself with Ortho Home Defense Max every couple of months. A lot of the people in the apartments are nothing but white trash, especially the people who were above us who regularly threw cigarette butts and their leftover food off their balcony onto the grass. They even threw a TV out one time and it sat there until we called the office to complain. There are cats everywhere and on a regular basis I would find them on top of our cars and scratches in the paint from them climbing on them. If you are thinking of renting here, don't, pay a little more and move somewhere nicer if you can find it. On top of all that Chio, in the office, is a shady character and kind of bitchy.
