apartment staff is friendly, and the repairs I need done in my apartment get done in a timely manner. Office staff keeps grounds clean.

hey yall look, another management personnel posted a reply a couple of days after a bad one. why are you annonymous, put your name up there. even if you post a bad reply, you already hate it there, put your name. hopefully you will move away from this hell hole. you know you should be able to break your lease if the management is not up to par. once most of the tenants move out, the dumb _ss property owners will wonder why. next thing you know "under new mgmt". the property managers dont care seem like to me, but that would get their attention. everybody cant be wrong. you got major problems if people just started moving out bad credit or not. find a new place before breaking your lease so it wont show up until after you move and do research before moving anywhere else.

this has mary written all over it. staff friendly. repairs done. staff keeps grounds clean. since mary has been here she has gone through four assistant managers that i can think of off the top of my head. [a young girl, the lady that still lives up front, the very friendly lady, and one that i can't think of how to describe.] if that doesn't say something about the staff then, i don't know what does. as for maintenance, the man is very friendly and always willing to help. i really don't understand why he stays on when i have seen mary personally treat him rudely in the office. the only thing mary does do as stated in this review is keeps the grounds clean.... at least the front entry. as for the rest of area, i feel that some people keep their front and back porches trashy but hey, that's apartments.
