I feel the Manger,Mary is very rude,unprofessinal,not a people person,forgetful manger ,liar.She will not get appointments redidents or be 15 mins or 30 mins. late.Lack of filling for residents paper work.

We strive to be completely professional to our residents and sometimes we cannot be as punctual to each person, due to the heavy volume of phone calls and traffic coming through our doors, can at times cause us delay. We apologize for any inconvience that this may have caused. We are dedicated to our residents, and have monthly functions for them.
