I visited Stonegate at Alvin a few months back to inquire about an apartment. As I entered I observed how nice the office looked, and the outside. The gates were operational, everything looked nice. The assistant manager greeted me, and Mary the manager looked busy. I spoke with the assistant manager about a vacancy..... as we spoke, she got a phone call about a maintenance situation. The call was transferred to Mary, and she said I dont have time to deal with this lady tell her ill call her back, then said no let me talk to her... she got on the phone, addressed the lady by her name in a rude fashion, and shortly began yelling at her.. i mean loud! she was telling her we will get it fixed. She started to threatening to evict her and started stating ways she was violating her lease qand started talking down to her, telling her you are low income and we are doing you a favor.... OMG!!! I cannot believe she has no cooth... THE NERVE of this lady! Just for that reason, although the property is nice, i WILL NOT live there, beleive me i would be an asset to that community, i will not advise why, otherwise i would give my identity away, but i would definatley not recommend this place, or should i say this manager to anyone. I dont know how the other manager puts up with it. The look on her face when i was in her office when Mary was screaming, was the look of embarrassment... Good lord.. invest in some medication!
