I have only been here for a little while and i have seen first hand some of the worst management ever!!! Mary could be a good manager if she would first off realize that being a manager of an apartment complex is a 24 hour job especially when you live there and secondly she needs to learn that this place is not a prison and quit treating your residents with such dislike and disrespect! She runs around at night stopping people coming in the gate after 9:00 to tell them its past cerfew and these are grown adults, yet her son can drive his gas powered car around at all hours of the night. We wont get into anything about her son other than if you have young girls i wouldnt move in here!!!!!!! What needs to be done is her gone and one of the other nice girls that work there to get the job. I almost forgot the maintenance man is horrible he is not a certified electrician or a certified a/c man so if it breaks it takes days for them to call in help!!

I have to say that at this point in time while living at Stonegate my attitude has greatly changed. I agree with all except the part about the maintenance. I have never had any problems. My air condition broke and was fixed within 30 minutes. In addition to telling the adults they have a curfew. She has taken so many things away from the children. They are very limited on what the are allowed to do here or the parents suffer a lease violation. No skate boards, no skates of any kind, no skooters, no bikes. Very disappointed partent....

Here is some info that might help you, contact the Texas Apartment Association about the maintance and the other problems 281-933-2224 keep sending letters have everyone send them asking to come take a look and see if they can do it undercover and call the news channels, and the property is required by the State to do resident activites that follows under the income restriction guide lines Austin #512-475-3800 LCJ is the Managment co 281-689-2030 from what I know the two ladies that were there when the property first opened were GREAT, and that they had to get someone who they could get for real cheap, and does not know anything about apartments the mary lady worked at the light company, and came from that trailer park next door. Any time you request maintance have them pull a maintance request from where the lease come from and put EVERYTHING in writing and have them sign it stating they got your paper work. Also contact the city of Alvin about the maintance man not having a lic. I belive this is the number 281-388-4274 or send an e-mail to rsosa@psf.cityofalvin.com

Can she legally confiscate a childs skateboard? Sounds like theft to me. Perhaps some of these parents should call the cops everytime she "steals" a skateboard.
