I love living here!!!!! The office staff is always nice, and the manager is more than willing to help with anything you ask of her. She always has her door open, nice considering how the last manager was. The grounds are kept clean, and it's gated, so the extra security gives you a better piece of mind. The maintenance man is always very prompt, and professional. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone interested. There normally is a waiting list, so get put on early, lots of people want to live here.

I find your statements to be very amusing, seeing how most of the comments are about you, Mary. I do not blame the previous respondent for staying anonymous, that's why I am also posting under anonymous seeing how your son was portrayed on here, I also worry about my safety. I paid my rent on time every month, (and I pay full price) and never had any run-in's with you. But you and your son both had a reputation here. As for the previous persons comments, I can't speak for them, but I too look forward to new management!!!! I do hope you have an enjoyable retirement.

First of all you need to get a life. Again, as I said and will continue to say that I have not had any complaints against me at corporate and you did not come in the office to voice a concern so I will say that you are probably one of those that never paid rent or followed rules. I remember very well all of the people that paid their rent on time because it was such a small percentage and I never had any problems with them so you must be LYING. Probably, just your character. Look at any apt website and you will see that all apt managers are critized and again it is those that do not pay rent and do not follow rules. YOU MUST BE ONE OF THE LOW LIFES. It is ashame that you cannot discriminate on housing and that is one thing that we never did otherwise you probably would not be there. I had cards and gifts given to me, food cooked for me before I left and as I said before those that stated that they would be moving because I was no longer there. As far as being concerned for my safety, as you stated, I would not stay anywhere that I did not feel safe and signing under anonymous is just an excuse. My son never bothered you otherwise the police would had taken him to jail. You know that is what they do when you commit crimes against someone. I don't even live in that area nor does my family so why don't you say who you are. I would say that 99% of all Alvinites are great people but you are of the 1% that is trash. Anyways, I am very, very happy to be away from the ones that acted as you do and I am enjoying retirement at its best. ( I like to look at this from time to time to get a laugh about your writings.) If you need a local church to attend please check out Heights Baptist as this is the one that I was a member. You have a safe and Happy Labor Day.

Mary is a perfect example of how one can be god fearing and religious, yet a horrible person at the same time. Thank "god" she is gone! I hope one day she will learn how to be a truly good person, and I feel for the ones that are in her path while she figures it out. If I were someone who had never heard of religion at all, and I read all her bible thumping "but I am a CHRISTIAN" stuff on here, she would most likely teach me to turn my nose to him-who would want her views and actions rubbing off on them? Not anyone Ive ever met.
