Horrible, Horrible Apartment!

Years at this apartment: 2000-01-01 - 2000-01-01

Management was horrible
A/C never worked
No Fridge for a month
Ceiling Fan blew up twice (with smoke and everything!)
Toilet overflowed and ruined the apt below, manager tried to get us to pay for damage
Owners (in California) didn't do anything when I complained
I could really go on and on....
