I lived here for 8 months, things that were wrong when I moved out were still the same when I moved out. For two months the carpet in my living room was soaking wet from an A/C leak. I called the office many times, finally even contacting the corporate office to no avail. The Apartment manager lied to me and told me that they had in fact been in my apartment, cleaned the carpet an applied an enzyme treatment. The carpet had not been touched, and in fact my husband had been home the entire day that the cleaning alledgedly took place!! When I finally moved out, it took an act of congress to get my deposit back even though the apartment was in better shape that at the time we moved in. My advice to anyone living there is MOVE, and anyone considering it THINK AGAIN!!
